Trust me, I used to think the same thing before I got serious seat time in one. Now I want one for a daily driver.

They are glorious to drive.

Driving like a sane person they are as docile as a Camry.

Driving hard in track mode gives you lightning quick shifts/downshifts/throttle response, extremely responsive steering with great feedback, and great braking with little to no fade. It handles far better than a car it’s size has any right to, far exceeding what “testers” have told us. Even getting on the throttle mid corner the car stays planted.

The only time they are truly scary is in sport mode. Then they are the scary car you imagine. In track mode, they feel like a corner carving beast with gobs and gobs of power to pull you to the next corner.

Honestly, don’t judge them until you drive them.

I’m sure it’s wonderful to drive, I just don’t like it.

I’m not a fan of V8s in general. They just don’t speak to me.
